Pediatric Speech Therapy

Providing neurodiversity-affirming speech and language therapy in person in Rhode Island and online in both Rhode Island and Massachusetts. While we treat all speech and language diagnoses, we have a special interest working with autistic children, gestalt language processors and completing AAC evaluations and providing AAC therapy and coaching.

At Competent Communicators, our goal is not to change your child. Our goal is to empower your child to be the best communicator they can, whether this be using vocal speech, AAC or a combination of the two. We work to connect with your child and strengthen their skills through play-based, neurodiversity-affirming therapy.
